What Does Out-Of-Network Mean? 

Our office is an out-of-network provider with all insurance plans. Being out-of-network does not mean you can't use your dental benefits - it simply means we are not contracted with your insurance company. 

As a courtesy, our team will gladly submit claims on your behalf. If your insurance plan pays out-of-network providers, we will wait for their payment before billing you for any remaining balance. If your plan sends payment directly to you, payment for services will be due at time of service, and your insurance company will reimburse you directly. 

Since we are out of network, reimbursement amounts vary by plan and cannot be guaranteed. For the most accurate benefit information, please contact your insurance provider before your appointment.
